The complete text of the revised By-Laws is published in the Fraternity and copies will be mailed to the insurance departments in which states the Federation is licensed to operate. Printed copies of the recommendations received from the branches were given to the members of the convention. Elmer Vargo read the recommendations and the actions of the Board of Directors. President George was elected to chair the elec­tion of the new officers. Bishop Dezső Abraham asked Mrs. Olga Darnay to read the report submitted by the Nominating Committee. Rev. Imre Bertalan was elected presi­dent by acclamation. Mr. Elmer E. Vargo Vice President-Secretary and Joseph S. Molnár Treasurer by a great majority. Rt. Rev. Bishop Dezső Abraham, William Aros and William Szuch as Vice Presidients by acclamation. Joseph Bakty, Rev. Gabor Csordás, Rt. Rev. Tibor Dömötör, George Dózsa, Rev. Louis Illés, Charles Modory, Ethel Molnár, Rose Nagy and Joseph Tegze by ma­jority vote. President George took the elected officers oaths and installed them into their respective posi­tions. ELMER E.
