Join them in a program honoring our National Flag on Flag ay, June 14. You might present a flag to your city or a civic organization, honor a citizen for outstanding patriotism, send out a joint press release urg­ing all citizens to display the Flag. You might do all of these things. You might hold a “Fraternal Fes­tival” and pay special honor to our Flag. In all cases, have your mayor sign a “Fraternal Week” procla­mation.
