BERETZ—ALLOW AY WEDDING Received Doctor of Philosophy Degree Miss Margaret L. E. Beretz and Joseph Y. Al- loway were married on September 2nd, 1973. The wedding ceremony was performed by the bride’s father, Bishop Arpad Beretz, in the Faith United Church of Christ, Hammond, Indiana. The bride is the daughter of Bishop and Mrs. Arpad Beretz and the bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Harry B. Alloway, Cresskill, N. J. The newly weed young couple is residing at McCormick Theological Seminary in Chicago, where both are students. Congratulations and best wishes to the newly wedd young couple! Dr. Delphi Melinda Toth Delphi Melinda Toth, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bertalan Toth, received her Doctor of Philosophy degree cum laude from the University of Virginia in 1973. Delphi graduated from Warrensville High School. At that time she was the first prize winner of the Youth Study Contest of our Federation and was awarded a trip to Hungary. She attended Western Reserve University where she received her Bachelor and Master of Arts degrees cum laude. The topic of her doctoral dissertation was “Nervous Excitability Mammalian Hibernation.” She is currently at the National Institutes of Health at the Harvard Medical School in Boston. Her mother, Ida Toth, was a very faithful manager of our Cleveland office for many years. Delphi Melinda is a member of our Branch 4. We extend our best wishes and congratulations to Dr. Delphi Melinda Toth.
