BOWLERS OF OUR FEDERATION TEAM AT CLEVELAND Seated—Left to Right: Julia Lucas, Connie Tomko. Standing—Left to Right: Joseph Arnosky (Captain), Gary Kovach, Lou Vargo. We extend our congratulations to the “Champs” of The First Hungarian Reformed Church howling league. This year it is with great pride that we offer our praise to them as these are the howlers of our Federation team which after much hard work and concentration all year, ended up with the top prize. The banquet was held at Bethlen Hall on May 18th and the winning trophy was accepted in behalf of the Federation, by Board Member, Elmer E. Vargo. Also present and bowling with the league was Board Vice President, Dr. Stephen Szabó. Our Section Manager, Joseph Arnosky was the team captain. The prize money and various trophies for team and individual accomplishments were distributed and it was very gratifying to see the fellowship that existed among these members regardless of the position in which they finished. In behalf of the entire membership of our Federation we extend our best wishes to the entire bowling league for another successful forthcoming season. “When you educate a man in mind and not in morals, you educate a menace to society.” President Theodore Roosevelt “Nowhere in the world at any time has religion been so thoroughly respectable with us and so nearly totally disconnected with life.” John Dewey GRADUATED FROM NURSES TRAINING SCHOOL MISS CAROL L.
