2 FRATERNITY INVITATION TO OUR CONVENTION In accordance with our By-Laws, paragraph 44-c, I hereby officially announce that THE HUNGARIAN REFORMED FEDERATION OF AMERICA will hold its 27th Convention in Washington, D. C., beginning Monday, June 1, 1964, at 10 A. M. at the Marriott Key Bridge Motor Hotel. Each branch having a minimum adult membership of 300 shall send ONE delegate to the Convention. Branches having more than 300 members shall send one additional delegate for each multiple of 400 members. Branches having less than 300 members will assemble in groups of not less than 400 and not more than 450 members, and may jointly send one delegate. The candidates of individual branches or groups receiving the majority of votes of those present at the election meeting shall be the delegates. On the day before the Convention, Sunday, May 31, at 9:30 A. M., a memorial service will be held in Arlington National Cemetery honoring the Hungarian hero of the Civil War, General Julius Stahel. Following this, a wreath will be placed on the Tomb of the Unknowns and on the grave of the late President John F. Kennedy. At 3 P. M. the dedication of the new Home Office Building, the Kossuth House, will take place, after which an open house will be held for the delegates and guests. All our friends are cordially invited.
