3. Then the Secretary presented the list of the voting members of the Convention, 52 in number, who, together with the 17 members of the Supreme Council, constitute a total of 69 voting members. He also reported that the mandates of the delegates of Group No. II and Group No. IV from New Jersey were under petition. The Supreme Council discussed the cases at its last meeting and referred them to the Convention for final decision. For Group No. II the decision will have to be between Mrs. Helen Putnoky and the Rev. Dezső Ábrahám, for Group No. IV between Mr. Károly Kovács and the Rev. Imre Bertalan.

4. The President continued with the introduction of the advisory members and invited guests of the Convention.
