5 effective TEAM WORK on the part of the employer (management). This is why efficient, intelligent, enthusiastic TEAM WORK is not only important, but vitally necessary to the successful progress of our Federation, as well as to those who work in it, whether they be branch, section or district managers, field supervisors, home office employees or supreme officers. TEAM WORK makes our work a pleasure, not a bore. It makes happy work profitable work with a feeling of accomplishment. It not only helps us individually, but it helps every other man and woman whose job is in any way dependent upon the effective performance of our own. Yes, TEAM WORK PAYS! The more we put into our daily work, the more satisfaction and success we get out of it. Beginning with this issue of our “Fraternity” and in successive issues, the results of the TEAM WORK of our field force in insurance production will be announced, giving the names of the top producers and the amounts of their production. The THREE TOP PRODUCERS at the end of the year will receive the yearly GRAND AWARD of $200.00, $100.00 and $50.00, respectively. These awards will be in addition to the regular over-production bonus. So, keep your TEAM WORK moving every day! Co-operate. Cooperation is TEAM WORK in action. It not only helps you, but every fellow worker with whom you co-operate. Help your team and help yourself!
