16 FRATERNITY YOUNG PEOPLE’S MEMBERSHIP DRIVE Ligonier . . . California . . . Here I Come! Children and Young People of Our Federation: In the last issue of our Fraternity I gave you full information of the exciting plans we have in store for you this year. I hope that by now you have acquainted yourselves with these tremendous plans for the Young People’s Membership Drive and that you have been sufficiently aroused to take part in the contest so that you may be one of the winners of the many GRAND PRIZES we are offering. We have already stated the qualifications and requirements of the contest but your pastors and district managers will also have special pamphlets for distribution containing full details. Keep in touch with them for any other information you may want to have. If you haven’t done so, enter this contest right now by mailing your “Entrance Slip” . , . and get busy!! Make a list of your prospects, give it to your district manager and start piling up your credits! Children between the ages of 6 and II . . . just think of the wonderful four-week vacation you could have . . . ABSOLUTELY FREE ... at our beautiful Bethlen Home which is situated in one of the most scenic spots in Pennsylvania. There, under the guidance of expert teachers and counsellors, you could have four delightful weeks of fellowship. You would meet children your own age who will become your good friends. You will have properly supervised recreation — swimming, outings, ball games and other sports you like to take part in. You will have fun in the dormitories, and eat good food! In the mornings you would have interesting sessions learning the language of your parents and grandparents. You would learn the history of the land of the Magyars. You would learn to sing the beautiful hymns of your faith and the expressive songs of your race, and learn to dance the “csárdás” to its rhythmic melodies. Be proud of your Magyar heritage and take this opportunity for a chance of a lifetime! You can enjoy to the fullest every minute of those precious four weeks. Talk this over with your parents and they will agree
