FRATERNITY 11 325 in Bridgeport, Conn., returned recently after a two-month good-will tour of the Hungarian congregations and refugee camps in Europe. He represented not only the Magyar Synod but also our Federation in his many contacts. The financial assistance given by our Federation and distributed by Rev. Böszörményi to our native Hungarians were gratefully received and acknowledged. We thank Rev. Böszörményi for his fine work as Good-Will Ambassador and for the help and encouragement he extended to our people overseas. We also congratulate him on his success in obtaining many new members for his branch since his return! ★ ★ ★ Our congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Hegedűs of Bel­mont, Ohio, on the observance of their 50th Wedding Anniversary. Mr. Hegedűs has been Manager of Branch 76 and a faithful worker of our Federation for many years. Good luck and much happiness lo these fine people. ★ ★ ★ Our two Supervisors, Mr. Joseph Benedek and Mr. Paul St. Miklossy, and Mr. Elmer Vargo met in a conference with our Secretary in Washington on November 8 and 9. Mrs. Benedek and Mrs. V argo were also our guests during this visit. ★ ★ ★' We are happy to report that within the past few weeks some of our field workers were successful in insuring in a greater number than heretofore, either the entire family or all of the children in one family, thereby substantially increasing the membership of our Federation. As we congratulate the successful Branch Workers we are happy to welcome the following family groups — Branch 1: Mrs. Rosalia Nemeth and her three children; Branch 2: Mrs. Eileen P. Adams and her five children; Branch 17: Mrs. Sophia Gondos and her three children; Branch 21: Mrs. Helen R. Wysong and her four children, and the four Hinds children; Branch 235: Mr. and Mrs. László Ferencz and their three children; Branch 267: the four children of the Guild family; Branch 315: Mr. and Mrs. Adolph Surayne’s five children; and Branch 342: the seven children of Mr. and Mrs. Gabriel Rozsa. ★ ★ ★ Until our next news report, good luck and good work!
