16 FRATERNITY 1958 YOUTH YEAR Young People’s Membership Drive — Jan. 15 to June 15 Dear Friends: In the December issue of the Fraternity (please re-read) I acquainted you with the hopes and aims of our Federation for the year 1958. We designated this year as YOUTH YEAR and plan to initiate such a forceful project, that all young people who are interested and care to participate in this exceptional program will be well rewarded. The project which we propose to launch in the form of a DRIVE ÍOR NEW MEMBERS from 0 to 16 years of age and up will be the starting point of this year’s activities. We believe that this drive will be most memorable not only as far as the future of the Federation is concerned, but will also be memorable for all our youth who will participate in it. Our Young People’s Membership Drive will begin on January 15 and will end on June 15. All participants must be members of our Federation from the age of 6 through 20 whose certificates are in force. According to our plans, children from the age of 6 to 14 can win as first prize a four-week vacation and summer school session in the Bethlen Home at Ligonier, Pennsylvania, or they may place second or third for wonderful cash prizes. Young people from the age of 15 through 20 may win as first prize an exciting two- or three-week vacation and sight-seeing trip to Los Angeles, California and back, with stops at different points of interest. The second and third prizes in this group will also be cash prizes. WHAT YOU NEED TO DO To Make This Drive Successful . . . and To Be a Winner 1.
