93. Andrew Lenart, delegate, recommended that the four Central offices be filled by unanimous acclamation. Upon the objection of many delegates, the Chairman ordered a vote on it.

The Convention, with 42 votes against 36, turned down this motion.

94. The Chairman, appointing the Vote-Collecting, Vote-Counting and Controlling Committees, ordered the start of the voting by secret ballot. Nominations were added by the Convention also, and the result of the voting is as follows:
