Recommendation Twenty years of cooperation between Vas, Zala and Muravidék counties was an essential part of Living heritage project. It gave an opportunity to renew a now largely forgotten profession such as the furniture painting. The world of rich colours and patterns accompanied the history of mankind from the Lascaux cave to the talking chairs in Transylvania. The creations from the camp show the metamorphism of speaking without words, self-expression, human feeling and emotions of life cast in paint. Our county is enriched with rediscovered folk elements that further strengths the survival of our traditions, our identity. Hopefully you will discover the rich interior motifs so it will again be a part of our modern life.
