In the interest of its realization on the one hand he recites the parameters of the usage of the mother tongue in Prekmurje, on the other hand the imperative exercises of language planning. He is talking about the increasing problems of the bilingual education honestly and with a helping mind. He suggests that there is a great cooperation needed to achieve the revitalization and making alive of the mother tongue usage of the Hungarian minority in Slovenia, which is close to reach the level of the language change. If there is not enough consciousness of the identity, the good language policy of the majority and the helping support are not enough to avoid language changing. The most depends on the local political will and the conscious approach of the community.
