Tubercular Uveitis - A Case Report Of Serpiginous-like Choroiditis makulaödéma, chorioideális neovaszkularizáció) kimutatásában, a chorioidea vastagságának monitorozásában nyújt segítséget. A FAF a betegség aktivitásának követésére alkalmas nem invazív módszer. Az OCTA-felvételeken a chorioicapillaris réteg eltérései szembetűnők. A FLAG alkalmas a vasculitis, az iszkémia és a neovaszkularizáció kimutatására. A kórképet pulmonológussal szorosan együttműködve kombinációban alkalmazott antituberkulotikus terápiával szükséges kezelni, amelyet a terápia elindítása után szisztémás szteroidterápiával egészíthetünk ki a gyulladásos tünetek csökkentése céljából.
