2013. június 21., péntek/21 June 2013, Friday Results: In addition of descriptive statistics of GL and GK groups, the followings are demonstrated: RF values of groups, correlations of RF-AP and RF-OCT parameters 1.) within the groups, 2.) between the 2 groups, 3.) statistical comparison of the corresponding parameters between the groups. Conclusions: The RF values and RF-parameters correlations showed no significance between the 2 groups, however there was a significant difference ofAP and OCT parameters between the groups. Thus concerning the nonsignificant differences of RF values, our results suggest the genetic determination of responses to various risk factors. KURZUS/COURSE A FÁJÓ DEREKÚ ÉS A GYULLADT SZEMŰ BETEG, AVAGY UVEITIS GYULLADÁSOS REUMATOLÓGIAI BETEGSÉGEKBEN, KÜLÖNÖS TEKINTETTEL A SPONDYLARTHRITISEKRE Яне patient with sacroiliac pain and eye, inflammation: uveitis in Rheumatologie disease, PARTICULARY IN SPONDYLARTHRITIS Spondylarthritiseknek (SpA) nevezzük a krónikus gyulladásos reumatológiai betegségeknek azt a csoportját, amelybe tartozó betegségek klinikai, genetikai sajátságok vagy a képalkotó eljárások eredményei alapján hasonlóságot mutatnak egymással. A spondyloarthritisek érinthetik a sacroiliacalis ízületet és az axiális vázrendszert, a perifériás ízületeket és gyakran extraartikuláris tüneteik is vannak. Ezen tünetek közül a legjelentősebb az elülső uveitis, amely SpA-s betegek 25-30%-ában fordul elő. Sokszor az uveitis első tünetként jelentkezik, megelőzi a reumatológiai diagnózist, míg az összes uveitises beteg mintegy 30%-ában derül fény spondylarthritisre. A kurzus célja a spondylarthritisek reumatológiai és uveitises tüneteinek, differeciáldiagnosztikai nehézségeinek bemutatása, valamint a HLA-B27-tel való genetikai kapcsoltságának ismertetése. Kitérünk arra, hogy milyen uveitises betegnél gondoljunk SpA-ra, illetve milyen panaszok esetén indikáljunk reumatológiai konzíliumot. Ismertetjük az elülső uveitisek korszerű terápiáját és áttekintjük, hogy mit tehet a reumatológus az uveitises betegért, valamint a szemész az SpA-s betegért. A kurzus szeretné felhívni a figyelmet az uveitises beteg interdiszciplináris nyomonkövetésére, kivizsgálására, a társszakmákkal való szoros együttműködésre. A KURZUS PROGRAMJA: 1. Szántó Sándor: A fájó derekú beteg - spondylarthritisek a reumatológus szemszögéből 2. Szepessy Zsuzsanna: A gyulladt szemű beteg - az elülső uveitisek diagnosztikája és kezelése, a jelen és jövő lehetőségei 3. Diszkusszió: mit tehetünk fájó derekú és gyulladt szemű betegünkért! Spondylarthritis (SpA) is a group of chronic inflammatory rheumatologic diseases where all syndromes are similar regarding clinical, genetic features or the results of imaging techniques. Spondylarthritis affects the sacroiliac joint and the axial skeleton and often has extraarticular manifestations. The most common such manifestation is anterior uveitis having a prevalence of 25-30% of SpA patients. Uveitis occurs most frequently as a first symptom preceding the rheumatologic signs and diagnosis, while spondylarthritis is confirmed in 30% of all patients with uveitis. The goal of the course is to demonstrate the rheumatologic and uveitis-related signs and symptoms of spondylarthritis, the difficulties of the differential diagnosis as well as the review of its genetic relation to HLA-B27. The course will also discuss when to suspect SpA as a background of uveitis along with the symptoms prompting rheumatologic consultation. The modern therapy of anterior uveitis will be presented as well as the possibilities the rheumatologists may do for their uveitis patients and vice versa. The course aims to draw attention on the interdisciplinary collaboration and teamwork required in the management of patients with uveitis. Course program: 1.
