Experiences and results with the new “Detailed audit questionnaire” László Tivadar Papp, Nóra Schulteisz, Péter V ámosi Péterfy Sándor Hospital Budapest, Department of Ophthalmology The authors give an account of their experiences related to the data of the cataract surgeries were performed in the Opthalmological Department of Péterfy Hospital. Data were collected during March 1-31. 2010 fulfilling the detailed cataract audit quetionnaire. Data of hospital-based and one day surgery - based procedures were also compared in one surgeon’s praxis. Detailed cataract audit questinnaires were evaluated from the point of view of the statistical processing, the subjectivity of filling in and the objectivity of the gained information. Some slight modifications were also suggested for improving the utility of the questionnaire in everyday ophthalmological praxis. Vénás stasis retinopathia Raynaud-betegségben - esetismertetés Popper-Sachetti A ndrea, Sallai A gnes, Pelle Zsuzsanna Pándy Kálmán Kórház, Gyula Célkitűzés: Egy elsődleges Raynaud-jelenségben szenvedő beteg szemészeti kortörténetét mutatjuk be. Esetismertetés: Egy 31 éves Raynaud-kórral diagnosztizált férfi beteg esetét dolgoztuk fel. Az eset különlegessége a szemfenéken kialakult vénás stasis retinopathia. Evek óta fennálló, gyakori jobb szem környéki fájdalom, hányinger, hányás miatt jelentkezett szemészeti vizsgálatra, mely során jobb oldali iridocyclitisz, emelkedett szemnyomást, később bal oldali vénás stasis retinopathiát találtunk. Részletes kivizsgálást (labor, echo-Doppler, immunológia, belgyógyászat stb.) követően panaszai hátterében idiopathiás primer Raynaud-jelenség igazolódott. Következtetés: A vasospasticus eredetű Raynaud-jelenség a kollagén vascularis betegségek közül a leggyakoribb. Az emocionális stressz és a hideg kiváltó ok lehet. Betegünknél fokozott fizikai aktivitás és stresszhelyzet migraines rohamokat, illetve a későbbiekben bal oldali vénás stasis retinopathiát váltott ki. Jelenleg a kétéves követés alapján a betegünk kórképét idiopathiás formának tartjuk, mivel a vizsgálatok kizárták a Raynaud-szindróma szekunder formáját. Venous stasis retinopathy in Raynaud’s disease - a case report A ndrea Popper-Sachetti, Á gnes Sallai, Zsuzsanna Pelle Pándy Kálmán Hospital, Gyula Aim: We would like to present from ophthalmologycal point of view the case of a 31-year-old male patient with primary Raynaud’s phenomenon. Case report: The peculiarity of this case is the venous stasis retinopathy. The patient presented at the ophthalmologist with a few years lasting pain in the region of the right eye associated with nausea and vomiting. Examination first revealed iridocyclitis and high intraocular pressure in the right eye and later venous stasis retinopathia of the left eye. Előadáskivonatok / Abstracts
