Számos kérdés nyitott még: - valóban chorioidealis hiperpermeabilitást jelez-e a chorioidea foltos hiperfluoreszcenciája? - ha igen, akkor mely erekből származik?- ha valóban fennáll a chorioidea hiperpermeabilitása, akkor ez primer eltérés-e, vagy esetleg a megváltozott dinamikájú chorioideakeringés következménye? Sok ilyen és hasonló kérdésre kell még választ találnunk ahhoz, hogy a betegség patomechanizmusa tisztábbá váljék. A CSC ICG-angiographiás jellegzeteségeinek ismerete a betegség patomechanizmusának esetleges tisztázásán kívül azonban már most is, a meg nem válaszolt kérdések ellenére fontos, mert differenciáldiagnosztikai nehézségek esetén a diagnózis biztosabbá tételére szolgálhatnak.17 Köszönetnyilvánítás A közlemény az OTKA T20571 számú kutatási támogatásával készült.
