Szemészet 134 (1997) 185 Felhívás a szerzőkhöz Instruction to Authors A közlemények magyar, német és angol nyelvűek lehetnek, minden esetben magyar és angol nyelvű összefoglalóval. A kéziratot 2 példányban a Szemészet felelős szerkesztő címére Dr. Follmann Piroska, SOTE I. sz. Szemészeti Klinika, 1083 Budapest, Tömő u. 25-29. küldje. A másodpéldány szöveges része lehet fénymásolat, de az ábra és képanyag két eredeti példányban küldendő. A kéziratot A/4 nagyságú lap egyik oldalára kettes sorközzel gépeljük. Egy oldalon maximum 30 sor, egy sorban 60 leütés lehet. Az első oldal tartalmazza a fejlécet, melyben fel kell tüntetni a szerző(k) munkahelyét, zárójelben az intézet (osztály) vezetője nevét és beosztását. A közlemény címét nagybetűvel gépeljük. A szerzők teljes nevét írjuk ki, tudományos vagy szakmai címek nélkül. Az összefoglalás nem haladhatja meg a 15 gépelt sort. Az összefoglalás - kivéve a kazuisztikát - a következő címek alapján tagozódjon: Bevezető. Anyag és módszer. Eredmények. Következtetések. A kódszavak utaljanak a közlemény lényegére, számuk legfeljebb 5 lehet. A második oldal angol nyelven megegyezik az első oldallal. (Német nyelvű közlemény esetén magyar nyelvű összefoglalót is tartalmazzon). A harmadik oldaltól következik a szöveg, az összefoglalásban megadott alcímek szerinti tagozódás szerint. Az eredeti közlemény legfeljebb 10 gépelt oldal, az esetismertetés és rövid közlemény 5 oldal lehet. Irodalom: a kézirat végén a dolgozatban hivatkozott legalapvetőbb munkák száma 20 lehet. A hivatkozás módja: zárójelben a hivatkozott közlemény jegyzékben szereplő száma. Az idézett közlemény: szerző(k) neve (vezetéknév, keresztnév kezdőbetűje, vessző, utolsó név után kettőspont, a közlemény teljes címe, folyóirat címe (nemzetközi rövidítés szerint), a megjelenés éve, pontosvessző, a kötet száma, kettőspont, az első és utolsó oldal szárma. Az idézett könyv: szerző(k) neve, szerkesztő(k) neve, a könyv címe, a kiadó neve, a kiadás helye, a kiadás éve, kötetszám, hivatkozott oldalszámok. PL: Miller N. R.: Sparing of the macula. A hivatkozások arab számokkal külön sorban kezdve, névsor szerint kerülnek listára. Táblázatok az irodalom után római számokkal jelölve külön lapra készüljenek. A táblázat legyen könnyen áttekinthető és a szöveges részt pótolja. Az ábra felírása (címe) és aláírása rövid és kifejező legyen. Az ábrák számozása arab számmal történik. Communications can be submitted in Hungarian, German or English with a Hungarian and English abstract in all three cases. The manuscript with a copy should be sent to the Managing Editor: Dr. Piroska Follmann, I. Dept. Ophthalmology, Semmelweis University Medical School, Tömő u. 25-29., H- 1083 Budapest, Hungary. The text of the manuscript can be photoprinted, but the illustrations should be sent in original duplicates. Articles must be typewritten on one side of a quarto paper, in double spacing with ample margins. On one page maximum 30 lines should be written, 60 letters to the line. The first page should contain the heading. In the heading the working place of the author(s), the name and title of the head of the institute (department) in brackets should be given. The title of the manuscript should be typed in capital letters. The family names and first names (not abbreviated) should be given without academic or professional titles. The abstract should not exceed 15 typed line with headings: Aims/Background. Materials/Methods. Results. Conclusions. Case report's abstract may not be divided into headings. The key words (up to 5) should refer to the essentials of the article. The second page is the same as page one, in English. Communications in German must have abstract in English, too. From the third page the text of the publication should be given, in the following order: introduction, materials and methods, result, and discussion sections, references and acknowledgments, legends for display items (Figures and Tables). Original communications should not exceed 10 pages, case reports and short communications 5 pages. References. At the end of the manuscript the number of the most essential cited references should not exceed 20. In the text the references should be quoted by numbers. The reference should be given as follows: Family name, initial(s) of first name(s) (without full-stop), between the name of authors comma, after the last name colon, full title of the periodical or the quotation with Index Medicus, year of publication, semicolon, volume number, colon, number of the first and last page. e. g.: Hammer J., Németh J., Andriska M.: Title of reference. Szemészet, 1989:136: 7-9. References to books must include the name of the author(s). Title of the book the name of editor(s) if any, name of the publisher, town where published, year, volume and page numbers. E. G.: Miller N. R.: Sparing of the macula. In: Miller N. R. ed. Tables. Each table should be on a separate sheet have a heading and should be numbered, using Roman numerals should be synaptical and should complete the text. The title should be brief. Explanatory information essential to the understanding of the text should be typed at the bottom of the page.
