Вёрёшмарти: Вискохирургия Статья сообщает о клиническом применении Хеалона, приготовленного Балажем, об использовании Фехнером Метилцеллюлозы и препаратов, имеющих сходные свойства, таких как Хиалкон, Вискоат и Вискогель. После краткого исторического и литературного обзора, автор подробно знакомит с главными свойствами вискоэластических материалов и с областью их применения в случае переднего и заднего сегмента глаза. Обращает внимание на особое значение применения вискоэластических материалов в области имплантации IOL. Автор, на основании собственных наблюдений, в согласии с Якоби и Штробелем, приходит к выводу, что самым эффективным способом защиты эндотелия роговой оболочки является одновременное применение гипотонии глазного яблока, вызванной окулопрессией, и вискоэластических материалов. Оба сособа усиливают и дополняют действие друг друга. Автор рекомендует комбинировать эти два способа во всех случаях, когда ожидается осложнение, а также при ЕССЕ и имплантации 10L у детей. Автор не считает правильным неограниченное и без выбора применение вискоэластических материалов, несмотря на то, что, за исключением единственного в его материале случая, когда — вслед за интравитрально примененным наполнением — повысилось внутриглазное давление, других осложнений не наблюдалось. Viscosurgery The clinical use of Healon produced by Balázs of methylcellulose applied by Fechner and of materials with similar characteristics, as Hyalon, Viscoat, Viscogel is reported. After a short survey of the history and references the main features and application field of viscoelastic materials are discussed in case of the anterior and posterior segment of the eye. Attention is called on the special significance of the use of viscoelastic materials in case of IOL implantations. Based on own observations as well as in agreement with Jacobi and Strobel the author arrives at the conclusion that the best method for the defense of the corneal endothel is the combined use of ocular hypotension produced by oculopressor and of viscoelastic materials.
