Летай Д ь.: Лечение амблиопии атропинизацией При лечении амблиопии атропинизация здорового глаза сама по себе уже является эффективной терапией. Ее можно однако, комбинировать с прикрыванием глаза, или с другим способом лечения. Введение в здоровый глаз 0,5 % раствора атропина три дня подряд в течение 6 недель (курс лечения) уже эффективно. Этот курс лечения можно повторить несколько раз. Из 195 детей, которые прошли этот курс лечения, 56 детей выздоровело, или у них наблюдалось улучшение, у 28 детей улучшения не было. Среди этих последних 11 детей не выполняли предписания, у 9 детей улучшению помешали также и анатомические причины. L в t a i Gy.: The treatment of amblyopia with Atropin eyedrops For the treatment of amblyopia the administration of Atropin eyedrops into the sound eye may be ”in se” successful. It may be combined with occlusion or other treatment. Given in the evening in a concentration of 0.5% on three subsequent days of the week for a period of six weeks is already beneficial. The cure can be repeated several times. It was applied to 195 children: in 56 cases it was successful, in 111 cases moderate improvement, in 28 children no change was registered. In the latter group 11 did not observe the prescriptions. In 9 cases anatomical cause had hindered the improvement. Gy. Létei: Behandlung der Amblyopie mit Atropinierung In der Behandlung der Amblyopie stellt die Atropinierung des gesunden Auges auch in sich selbst eine erfolgreiche Therapie dar, sie kann aber auch mit Abdecken oder einem anderen Verfahren kombiniert werden. Die in Form einer 6wöchigen Kur — am Abend von drei nacheinander folgenden Wochentagen wird in das gute Auge eine 0,5%ige Atropinlösung getröpfelt — angewandte Therapie erweist sich bereits als wirksam. Die Kur kann mehrmals wiederholt werden. 56 der 195 behandelten Kinder heilten bzw. ihr Zustand besserte sich, in 28 Fällen war keine Besserung zu verzeichnen. 11 der Letzterwähnten führten die vorgeschriebene Behandlung nicht durch, in 9 Fällen lag auch eine, die Besserung verzögernde anatomische Ursache vor.
