Betkó J., Somogy vári É.: Experiences with rubin-laser On basis of literary data and own results obtained during the treatment of 64 patients with rubin laser it is reported that good effects were achieved in opening secondary cataracts, in forming pupils and in acute and chronic glaucoma management. For the treatment of simplex glaucoma gonioplasty is recommended which procedure may be performed with a goniolens. Experiences in that direction could not be obtained since the device was lacking. J. Betkó und E. Somogy vári: Erfahrungen mit dem Rubin-Laser Anhand der Literaturdaten und der Erfahrungen mit der Rubin-Laser-Behandlung von 64 Patienten, werden die Ergebnisse erläutert. Das Verfahren hat sich zur Öffnung der Cataracta secundaria, zur Pupillenbildung und zur Behandlung des akuten und sekundären Glaukoms gut bewährt. Die in der Literatur bei Glaukoma simplex empfohlene Gonioplastik kann nur mit einer entsprechenden Goniolinse gelöst werden. Mangels einer solchen Goniolinse stehen diesbezügliche Erfahrungen nicht zur Verfügung.
