Обращают внимание на важность вовремя произведенной трансфузии крови, которая может спасти не только жизнь, но и зрение больного. Fodor M., Bencsik R.: The occurence of the anterior ischemic optic neuropathy in anemia caused by excessive blood loss With reference to a case of bilateral anterior ischemic optic neuropathy which was caused by an excessive blood loss a detailed review of the different origins is given which may elicit a process in the optic nerve. Attention is called on the fact that transfusion administered in proper time may not only save the life of the patient but also his/her vision. Dr. M. Fodor, Dr. R. Bencsik: Vorkommen der vorderen ischämischen Optikusneuropathie bei Anämie durch Blutverlust Im Zusammenhang mit der Darlegung eines Falles, bei welchem die zweiseitige vordere ischämische Optikusneuropathie durch eine durch Blutverlust hervorgerufene Anämie verursacht wurde, beschreiben Verfasser ausführlich die bei der Auslösung des Prozesses im Sehnerv eine Rolle spielenden Krankheitsursachen. Sie weisen darauf hin, dass die rechtzeitige Blutübertragung nicht nur das Leben, sondern auch die Sehkraft des Kranken retten kann. 45
