пор в венгерской литературе не употреблялись, относящимися к псевдофакии, такими как idem-хрусталик, эмметропизирующий хрусталик, миопизирующий хрусталик и их оптические определения. На основе теоретических соображений и с помощью практических примеров, автор знакомит с способом вычисления преломляющей способности синтетического глазного хрусталика, в случае эмметропии и аметропии, а также первичной и вторичной имплантации. Дает сравнительный обзор оптического эффекта коррекции афакии, происходящей с помощью очков, контактной линзы и псевдофакической имплантации. Наконец, приводит общий обзор и дает рекомендации, основывающиеся на литературных данных и собственном опыте, для установки светопереломления артифакического глаза и для случаев комбинации эмметропии и аметропии, а также изометропии и анизометропии. Vörösmarthy D.: Optical considerations concerning intraocular lens implants The optical principles of intraocular lens implants as well as the new technical terms in connection with artiphakia, which were formerly not used in the Hungarian medical literature, as “idem lens implant”, “emmetropic lens implant”, “myopic lens implant” and the optical definitions and formulas are presented. On basis of theoretical considerations and practical examples the computing methods for assessing the refraction of intraocular lens implants in case of emmetropia and ametropia as well as of primary and secundary implantations are reported. The optical effects of correction with aphakic glasses, and contact lenses and intraocular implants, respectively, are compared. Finally by reason of literary data and own experiences a general survey as well as guidelines are given to the design of the refractive power of artiphakic eye in case of emmetropia, ametropia, and isometropia, anisometropia, respectively. Vörösmarthy: Die optische Planung der in das Auge einsetzbaren Kunststoff linse Verfasser beschreibt das optische Prinzip der in das Auge einsetzbaren Augenlinse und danach die in der ungarischen Literatur bisher nicht figurierende sich auf den Pseudophakos beziehende Terminologie, wie die Idem-Linse, die emmetropisierende Linse, die myopisierende Linse und deren optische Bestimmung. Auf Grund theoretischer Überlegungen und mit Hilfe praktischer Beispiele beschreibt Verfasser weiterhin die Methode der Berechnung der Lichtbrechung der Kunststoffaugenlinse in Fällen von Emmetropie und Ametropie, weiterhin primärer und sekundärer Implantation. Verfasser bietet eine vergleichende Übersicht in Bezug auf die optische Wirkung der Korrektur der Aphakie mittels Brillen, Kontaktlinsen und pseudophakischer Implantation. Schliesslich gibt er auf Grund der Literaturangaben, sowie der eigenen Erfahrungen eine Übersicht bezüglich der Indikationsempfehlung zur Einstellung der Lichtbrechung des artiphakischen Auges in Fällen von Emmetropie, Ametropie, weiterhin in Fällen von Kombination der Isometropie und Anisometropie. 15
