Э. Тари, M. Янаки, Дь. Бенедек: Изменения вызванных потенциалов зрительной коры у детей с амблиопией в процессе лечения

Авторы изучали изменения вызванных потенциалов, регистрируемых в зрительной коре, в ходе трехлетнего лечения 12 детей с амблиопией, гиперметропией и эзотропией. Было показано, что вызванные потенциалы зрительной коры, регистрируемые с обоих глаз у больных с амблиопией, ассиметричны. Соотношение вызванных потенциалов с улучшением остроты зрения имело тенденцию приближения к равенству, отмечаемому при нормальном бинокулярном зрении. На это соотношение в сильной степени влияет также и применение очков, исправляющих погрешность рефракции; примененная в процессе лечения окклюзия временно изменяет это соотношение на обратное. Для прослеживания амблиопии авторы считают наиболее подходящим 40’ размер квадрата.

Tari, Е., Janáky, М., Benedek, Gy.: Course of elicited potentials of the visual cortex during the treatment of amblyopic children

The elicited responses of the visual cortex of 12 amblyopic, hypermetropic and esotropic children have been examined by the authors during 3 years’ treatment. It was found that in amblyopic patients the elicited responses of the two eyes showed asymmetry. With the improvement of the visual acuity the rate of the elicited responses showed a tendency approaching the parity observed in case of normal binocular vision. This ratio is greatly influenced also by the use of eyeglasses correcting the refraction defect; moreover, it may be transitorily reversed by the occlusion used during the treatment. In the authors’ opinion, for follow-up of amblyopy the square size of 40' is the most suitable.

E. T a r i, M. Janáky und Gy. Benedek: Uber die Gestaltung der in der Sehrinde ausgelösten Potentiale im Laufe der Behandlung amblyoper Kinder

Bei 12 amblyopen, hypermetropen, esotropen Kindern wurden die in den Sehrinde ausgelösten Antworten im Laufe der dreijährigen Behandlungszeit untersucht. Es war festzustellen, dass bei den amblyopen Patienten die von den beiden Augen aufgenommenen ausgelösten Potentiale Asymmetrie zeigen. Das Verhältnis der ausgelösten Potentiale nähert sich mit der Besserung der Sehschärfe in seiner Tendenz der bei normalem binokularem Sehen zu beobachtbaren Gleichheit. Dieses Verhältnis wird auch durch die Anwendung den Refraktionsfehler korrigierender Brillen hochgradig beeinflusst; die im Laufe der Behandlung angewandte Okklusion kehrt es vorübergehend um. Für das Verfolgen der Amblyopie wird die Quadratgrösse 40' als am besten geeignet betrachtet.
