Регистрировались вызванные потенциалы зрительной коры в ответ на диффузные и фигурные (шахматная доска) раздражения у больных с амблиопией. Некоторые случаи характеризовались определенным соотношением начальных больших положительно-отрицательных волновых компонентов потенциалов, отводимых от здоровых и амблиопических глаз. Реакции в ответ на раздражение амблиопического глаза фигурным (шахматная доска) раздражителем часто были меньше, чем при раздражении здорового глаза, хотя однозначной корреляции между остротой зрения и вызванными потенциалами не удалось достичь ни при одной из форм раздражения. На основании результатов данных наблюдений авторы приходят к выводу, что на величину вызванных потенциалов амблиопического глаза влияют ретинальные и активные церебральные факторы.

Janáky, М., Benedek, Gy. and Juhász, К.: Investigation of the produced responses of area striata in amblyopic patients

With diffuse and chess-board pattern stimulus produced responses of area striata have been registered in amblyopic patients. The individual cases were characterized with the rate of the initial great negative-positive wave component of the responses conducted from the normal and amblyopic eye. With chess-board like stimulation from the amblyopic eye more frequently smaller responses were obtained as from the normal one although unequivocal correlation between the vision and rate of the produced responses did not succeed to reach with any form of stimulation. On the basis of their results the authors conclude that the magnitude of the responses produced from the amblyopic eye are influenced by retinal and active cerebral factors.

M. Janák у, Gy. Benedek und К. Juhász: Untersuchung der ausgelösten Sehrindenantworten an amblyopen Patienten

Bei amblyopen Patienten wurden mit diffusem bzw. mit Schachbrettmusterreizen ausgelöste Sehrindenantworten registriert. Die einzelnen Fälle wurden mit dem Verhältnis der anfänglich grossen negativen-positiven Wellenkomponente der vom gesunden und amblyopen Auge abgeleiteten Antworten charakterisiert. Mit einer Schachbrettmusterreizung von seiten des amblyopen Auges wurden häufiger schwächere Antworten erhalten als von seiten des gesunden Auges, obwohl es mit keiner Form des Reizens gelang eine eindeutige Korrelation zwischen dem Verhältnis des Visus und der ausgelösten Antworten zu erreichen. Aufgrund der Ergebnisse wird gefolgert, dass die Grösse der von seiten des amblyopen Auges ausgelösten Antworten durch retinale und aktive zerebrale Faktoren beeinflusst wird.
