Takács, I. and Pinter, E.: Our experiences with trabeculotomia ab externo The authors report about the results of trabeculotomia have been made in 42 eyes. The main indication field of the operation is the open angle glaucoma. In their own matter was chiefly made in simplex type glaucoma and the operation in these glaucoma type was the most successful. The percentual scale of its effectiveness can not be superior to those of the traditional anti glaucoma operations, but the danger of the postoperative infection is smaller. The trabeculotomia is an expressly microsurgieal intervention.

I. Takáts und E. Pintér: Erfahrungen mit der Trabeculotomia ab externo Es wird über die Ergebnisse der an 42 Augen durchgeführten Trabekulotomien berichtet. Das Hauptindikationsgebiet der Operation ist das Glaukom mit offenem Winkel. Im eigenen Krankengut wurde die Operation hauptsächlich in Glaucoma simplex angewandt, und die Operation war bei diesem Glaukomtyp am erfolgreichsten. Die prozentuale Wirksamkeit in den eigenen Fällen übertrifft nicht diejenige der traditionellen Glaukom-Operationen, aber die Gefahr einer postoperativen Infektion ist geringer. Die Trabekulotomie ist ein ausdrücklich mikrochirurgischer Eingriff.

ERYTHROMYCIN kenőcs

Antibioticum

ÖSSZETÉTEL:1 tubus (10 g) 100 mg, ill. (3 g) 30 mg erythromycint tartalmaz vazelin típusú kenőcsben.

JAVALLATOK: Erythromycinre érzékeny mikroorganizmusok okozta különböző pyogen bőrbetegségek, fertőzött sebek és égési sérülések, trophikus zavarok. Baepharitis ekzema impetiginosum, folliculitis palpebrarum. Conjunctivitisek. Trachoma.

ALKALMAZÁS ÉS ADAGOLÁS: A fertőzött területet a teljes gyógyulásig naponta kell bekenni. Trachomában naponta 2—5-ször, egyéb szemészeti megbetegedés esetén 1—3-szor. Trachomában a kezelés időtartama általában 1,5—3 hónap.

MELLÉKHATÁS: Tartós alkalmazása esetén ritkán allergiás blepharitis keletkezhet, mely néhány napon belül kezelés nélkül elmúlik.

MEGJEGYZÉS: Csak kórházak és fekvőbeteg-gyógyintézetek részére kerül forgalomba. CSOMAGOLÁS: 1 tubus 10 g, ill. 3 g.
