Összefoglalás A szerző 62 hyalokeratopathia kialakulásáról számol be. Az elváltozások 30—40%-я 6 hónapon belül kezdődött, ezek valószínűleg a műtéti traumatisatio következményei. В остальных случаях причиной болезни явился контакт стекловидного тела с роговицей после образования грыжи стекловидного тела. M. Z a j á с z : Development of the hyalokerotopathy and its relation with cataract removal. The author describes the development of 62 cases of hyalokeratopathy. 30 to 40 per cent of the deformations began within six months, they were probably the consequences of the operational traumatism. In the rest of the cases the cause was the late herniation of the vitreous and the eorneo-vitreous contact developing therefrom. M. Es wird über 62 Fälle von Hyalokeratopathie berichtet. 30 bis 40% der Veränderungen entstanden im Laufe von 6 Monaten, diese sind wahrscheinlich Folgen der Operationstraumatisation. In der übrigen Fällei} ist die auslösende Ursache die späte Herniation des Glaskörpers und der auf diese Weise zustandekommende korneo-vitreale Kontakt. 61
