Группа „A“ распределяется на 4 подгруппы на основе суммы зрений на обоих глазах. К группе А/l относятся люди с остротой зрения в 1,5 с 1,0 на одном глазу. Острота зрения в группе А/2 1,2 и 0,5 минимально на одном глазу. В группе А/3 совместное зрение должно быть 1,0 и минимум 0,1 на худшем глазу. А/4 группа содержит лиц со зрением 0,8 совместно и допускается отсутствие одного глаза. С помощью этой методики лица на основании остроты зрения легко могут быть причислены к какойнибудь группе способность к зрению легко и справедливо аттестируется. Ограничение диоптрий обозначается буквой ,, “. При ношении очков максимально допускается ношение +6,0 или —10,0 диоптрий. В аттестации при группе А/2 буква „а“ означает, что к данной профессии требуется безупречная адаптация. Так в сжатой форме легко можно с помощью букв выразить различные требования, касающиеся органа зрения. Для поступающих ВУЗ автор предлагает остроту зрения группы А/4. У медицинских техникумов и ВУЗ-ов высшие требования предлагает для лаборантов (хорошее цветовое зрение и ограничение диоптрий). I. Györffy: Proposition for the simplification of the opkthalmolo gical fitness qualification, as well as for the fitness examination before admission to industrial schools and university colleges. As to the medical examinations before the admission to middle schools and institutions of higher learning (universities) no uniform ophthalmological principles or prescriptions were so far known. The requirements of the differents schools and universities were divergent, although the main requirement: the faculty of vision is nearly the same for all schools. In the first part of his paper, the general simplification of the ophthalmological fitness qualification is proposed by the author. On the basis of the visus, three mains groups of the faculty of vison are distinguished by the author. In the group “A” are classified all individuals with practically good vision. In the group “B” are classed the individuals with decreased vision, the visus of both eyes not surpassing 0.5. In the group “C” are classed the individuals with diminished faculty of vision, with the acuity of vision under 0.3. On the basis of the values of visus, the group “A” is subdivided into 4 categories. In the category “А/l” are classed the individuals with excellent visus, the acuity of visus corresponding to 1.5 for both eyes, and in one eye minimally to 1.0. Acuity of visus in the category “A/2” corresponds for both eyes to 1.2, and in one eye minimally to 0.5. Acuity of visus on the category “A/3” corresponds to 1.0 for both eyes, and for the weaker eye to min. 1.0. In the category “A/4” the acuity of visus corresponds to 0.8, and the blindness of one eye is allowed. By means of this method, each variant of the decrease of the acuity of visus may be classed into a category, and the acuity of the vision may be equitably qualified. The other important visual functions are distinguished by letter abbrevations. For instance “d” signifies dioptric limitation, that is diopter of maximally + 6.0 or —10.0 D. In the qualification after A/2 “a” signifies that for this employment or profession perfect adaptation faculty is necessary. Using this method, with a few letters the general faculty of vision may be fairly well defined. In the second part of the paper, propositions are made by the author for the ophtalmologic examinations before the admission to specialized middle schools, to institutions of higher learning and to universities, resp. For the university students, in general visus corresponding to the group “A/4” is proposed. For the students of the schools of applied and fine arts, also individuals appertaining into the group “B” are admissible. Among the applicants for the medical service, best faculty of vision is required from the laboratory assistants (good chromatopsy, well defined dioptric limitation). For the applicants for industrial professions, the faculty of vision is dependent on the various branches, and it is defined according to the above mentioned categories. I. Für die ophthalmologischen Bedingungen bei den ärztlichen Untersuchungen vor der Aufnahme zum Studium auf mittlerer oder hoher Stufe gab es bis nun keine einheitliche Vorschrift. Solche Vorschriften unserer verschiedenen Hochschulen und Universitäten sind ziemlich abweichend, obwohl das zu den Studien nötige Sehvermögen fast identisch ist.
