Марек: ,,Самопроизвольные аневризмы каротидного синуса“. Авторы знакомят с историями болезни 4 больных со спонтанной аневризмой каротидного синуса. Больные все были женщинами выше 50 лет, из них у двоих после ангиографии наступило спонтанное излечение, двое вылечились после наложения лигатуры на общую и на внутренную сонную артерии. Самопроизвольная аневризма каротидного синуса является более благоприятной в отношении прогноза, чем травматическая, поэтому при выборе метода оперативного лечения необходимо поступать очень осторожно. László Remenár, Péter Marek: Spontanous carotido-cavernous anurysms. The authors describe the case-reports of four spontaneous carotido-cavernous aneurysms. All patients were femals above 50 years, two of whom were healed spontaneously after carotid angiography, two after ligature of the common carotid and the intern carotid artery, respectively. The spontaneous carotido-cavernous aneurysms have a better prognosis, than the traumatic ones, so that there is a great caution necessary with the indication of every operation. Es handelte sich um über 50 Jahre alte Patientinnen, von denen zwei nach Carotis-Angiographie spontan heilten, zwei nach Ligatur der Carotis communis bzw. interna. Das spontane carotido-cavernöse Aneurysma hat eine bessere Prognose als das traumatische weshalb bei der Indikationsstellung jeden operativen Eingriffes grosse Vorsicht geboten ist. 214
