Building a house depends both on the economic situation and on the aspirations and personality of the individual. The house from the area under this study is a symbol, an identity brand as it feeds and emphasizes the social prestige of man (family) in society (to this, we would like to quote a classic proverb that says „Tell me what house you live in and I will tell you who you are”).

This study presents the stages of the topic in its evolution by the economic, social, historical and political changes since the 19th century until today.
