Hurezu Mare - Nántű

situated between the tower and the nave is simple. The northern door has a simple stone frame in pointed arch, with a semicircular profile. The present tower was built at the beginning of the 20th century. The most significant element of the furniture is the pulpit, built by Dávid Sipos in 1754. The faţade of the pulpit is decorated with vegetal motifs, and contains an inscription with the donators name (Ferenc Wesselényi and his wife, Zsuzsanna Rhédei) and with the year of production. The church has three bells dating from the 17th century: the oldest one was made in 1603, in Kosice (Kassa), the biggest belonged to the castle, and it was made in 1619, while the smallest in 1591. In the last few decades, the earth flows affected seriously the church, so that the reconstruction of the nave is necessary. (SzP).

Hurezu-Mare (comuna Supur)

Biserica ortodoxă „Sf. Arhangheli Mihail şi Gavril”

Biserica a fost ridicată în anul 1700, arhitectura păstrând forma bisericilor construite din lemn, cu absidă pentagonală. Turnul din lemn are formă de patrulater, fiind dispus deasupra navei.

Coiful în patru ape are un foişor dispus spre exterior, cu stâlpi sculptaţi şi arcuri semicirculare. Săgeata turnului este zveltă şi elegantă, amintind de monumentele de arhitectură ecleziastică din zona Codru. (DB).

Nántű (Szopor község)

„Szt. Mihály és Gábor arkangyalok” ortodox templom

Az 1700-ban épült, templom a fatemplomok jellegzetes formáját őrzi, szentélye sokszögzáródású. Négyszögletű fatornya a hajó fedélszékéből nő ki. A toronysisak alatt kiugró, faragott oszlopos, félköríves galéria van. A karcsú és elegáns toronycsúcs Bükkalja egyházi építészetének jellemzője. (DB).
