4. The ethno-confessional component acted differently from one sex to another. Men and women had relatively equal options for mixed marriages in the same locality. But men are more open to mixed marriages with partners from other localities and other confessions.

5. The socio-professional component in the marital options of mixed marriages is extremely reduced if we take into consideration that 86% of them took place in the rural environment, where mutations are hardly perceivable. The socio-professional component is active in the urban environment, in regions where the RC or HC populations were predominant (the districts of the archpriests of Leta Mare, Lunca, Mako, Madaras, Satmar, Vasad) and in the urban environment (Marghita, Oradea).
