the tower was realized in a special way, building cylindrical columns instead of buttresses. The church has three bells, two were made in 1926, while the third in 1815.

The catholic parish was re-established only, in the 1800’s. The present building of the Roman Catholic Church is built between 1816 and 1824, but only a decade later, after the earthquake that caused serious damage, extensive restoration and reconstruction work was needed.
