In the field they also used a robe of white linen and a white scarf. Even before World War I, the use of new canvas and industrial fabric was spread. The holiday clothes of men were made of black fabric: coat, trousers, hat and black boots, only the shirt was white. In chilly times, both men and women wore short coats of baize. After the 1950’s, due to industrialization and interference of trade routes in the plain area, this type of outfit began to be replaced with materials and patterns taken from the urban world.
