Tori« Dapartmont of Botany, UjM»»f«rty of Agrarian Scioncos Gödöiló, Hungary In my papers published hitherto in series there were recorded the data I had obtained for the taxonomic units of Myxomycetes and Valsaceae (Bot.Közlem. 45, p. 241-246, 1954), Erysiphaceae and Uredinales (ibid. 47, p. 55-61, 1957), Sphaeropsidales (ibid. 48, p. 41-47, 1959), Discomycetes (Fragm.Bot. 2, p. 1-21, 1962 and Acta Phytopathologica,Budapest, in press), then Pyrenomycetes (Fragm. Bot. 5, p. 1-22, 1967). My present paper contains 222 data relating to 89 species of the Pyrenomycetes. As in the foregoing publications, so are also here recorded data not published so far. The herbarial materials had been collected by myself, for the material of other provenance the names of the respective collectors are indicated. These materials are to be found in the botanical collection preserved by Department of Botany, Museum of Natural History, Budapest and, to a lesser part,in that of the Microbiological Institute, Eötvös-University , Budapest. In order for diminishing the extent of this paper, the list of the literature referred to will be annexed to an ensuing article . PYRENOMYCETES Amphlsphaeria umbrin a (FR.) DE NOT. 2884.
