because the community of the worship service is a sacramental community

because the church service is the anticipation of the heavenly liturgy.

By the presentation of these ideas this study urges us to regard the worship service as an eschatological event, and to express this indispensable tenor better in our theological ways of thinking and practice of the church’s worship events.
