Gyomor- és bélféreg-próba/juh

Haemonchus contortus-szal vagy Trichostrongylus colubriformis-szal kísérletileg fertőzött juhokat kezelünk a paraziták kifejlődési idejének lejárta után. A hatóanyag-mennyiséget tiszta hatóanyagként alkalmazzuk orálisan, zselatin-kapszulákban.

A hatásfokot úgy határozzuk meg, hogy a kezelés előtt és után megszámoljuk a bélsárral kiválasztott féregtojásokat. A kezelés után tojás-kiválasztás megszűnése azt jelenti, hogy a férgeket elpusztítottuk, vagy oly mértékben károsodtak, hogy több tojást nem tudnak produkálni.

A következő III. táblázatban megadjuk a vizsgálat találmány szerinti hatóanyagokat és a minimális hatásos adagokat.
