E kiadványban arról adunk keresztmetszetet, hogy hogyan alakult és alakul a jogi szabályozás és az intézményrendszer az évtizedek során és napjainkban, hogyan reagálnak a vállalkozások, miként változik az egyes ember súlya és szerepe az alakuló új társadalomban, gazdaságban. Az alkalom, amelyre az e kiadvány készül, kettős. Az Egyesület a százesztendős szabadalmi törvénnyel a büszke múltat ünnepli és készül a jövőre is. Ahogy a W1PO, az ipari tulajdon és a szerzői jog oltalmának legmagasabb szintű nemzetközi intézménye is egységes, úgy Egyesületünk is egységes lesz. Ezt nevében is kifejezi. A magyar szabadalmi rendszer 101. évében már Magyar Iparjogvédelmi és Szerzői Jogi Egyesületként tesszük dolgunkat. Budapest, 1996, március 21. We have two reasons to issue the publication. The Association is proud to celebrate the past on the lOOtii anniversary of the Patent Act and is preparing for the future. Just as W1PO, the top international organisation, which combines the protection of intellectual property and copyright, our Association will also be integrative. This will be reflected in the name. We are entering the 101st year of Hungarian patenting as the Hungarian Association for the Protection of Industrial Property and Copyright.
