III. A hazai sörfogyasztás kultúrájának alakulása

Nem véletlen, hogy a rendszer támogatott alkoholos italát készítő üzemek ilyen kitüntetett megítélésben részesültek. A „sör mint a nép itala" képzethez szükséges volt kellő dicsérettel ellátni a gyárakat is. Az 1960-as évektől volt megfigyelhető az a tendencia, amely az (épp felbomló) parasztság sörfogyasztását igyekezett serkenteni.
