Almost 100%. ,,/t is a long story that started when my father, crossing Hajdúböszörmény, went to a meeting in Debrecen, a city in the easternmost part of Hungary. As it was a dog day in summer, he got very thirsty and saw a board on the corner of the street which said: „Soda Water Manufacturer". He stopped and walked in. During the days of that regime, it seemed to be a most adventurous job. Then we visited the soda manufacturers near our home, among others family Orosz, who informed us about all we had to know so as to be a small entrepreneur. In spite of this fact it was very hard to start the business. We did not have the bottles necessary there and then, because these bottles that were out of use had been smashed not only at Hajdúnánás but in other parts of the country as well. Another very hard job was to get people to like and accept the culture of drinking soda water for a second time. It was not easy to repair the bottles that we had bought, because there was a shortage of parts. There was only one place in the whole of Hungary where parts were sold - the Baumgartner brothers ' shop. " Yes, the Baumgartner brothers ... A good occasion to remember their names just to pay tribute to the great suppliers of the trade, or as they were called: the installers. Without their creativity, knowledge and hard work, soda water manufacturers would have been in a big trouble, even if they personally tried to install, repair or doctor their equipment and bottles. The prestigious foregoers Wagner, Kont, Scheibner and Vető were followed by the Baumgartner brothers as well as today's „aces " Ampovics,
