Az amerikai gyorsetetők még a rendszerváltást se várták meg: példátlan mohósággal türemkedtek be nagykávéházaink rommá pusztított, hajdan gyönyörű tereibe. „Vegyél, fizess, pucolj!" - nagyjából ez a jelszó, ám a budapesti kamaszokat nemigen érdekli, hány perc alatt kellene megenniük azt a sajtos pizzát vagy fasirtos zsömlét: mit sem sejtve ülnek a dédpapa volt törzskávéházában, és a maguk módján úgy használják, ahogy a dédpapa.
