József Bartolf - Gyula Topor Digitalization and computerized registration in the Textile Museum with the LAPODA registration system This study shows how the Textile Museum can connect modern digitalization techniques and computerized registration in order to renew the collection's registers, within the scope of a competition application. In the course of introducing the LAPODA registration system we also survey the necessary software and hardware tools, as well as the utilities as parts of the system, and about user-friendly services, which help museologists. We represent the system's main handling areas: the establishment of collections in the system and the use of data recording, searching and printing. Such system services as researcher service and Internet publication are outstandingly interesting areas of the registration system in developing visitor-friendly museums. József Bartolf - Gyula Topor Digitalisierung und EDV-Verwaltung des Textilmuseums mit dem LAPODA Verwaltungssystem für Museen In der Studie wird dargestellt wie das Museum moderne Digitalisierungstechnik mit EDVVerwaltung verbinden und damit sein Bestandverwaltungssystem im Rahmen einer Ausschreibung effektiv erneuern konnte. Neben der ausführlichen Erläuterung des LAPODA Systems werden auch die notwendigen Hard-, und Software-Voraussetzungen, sowie die entsprechenden Hilfsprogramme und anwenderfreundliche Dienstleistungen für Museologen dargestellt. Die wichtigen Benutzeroberflächen des Systems werden erläutert: Anlegen von Sammlungen, Datenpflege, Recherchen oder Drucken. Das System verfügt über Eigenschaften wie z.B. Dienstleistungen an Forscher oder Publikationsmöglichkeit im Internet direkt aus der Datenbank. Diese sind mit Sicherheit wichtige Voraussetzungen bei der Schaffung eines besucherfreundlichen Museums.
