Premiere includes performances either put on for the first time by the theatre in question or submitted - as compared to any former staging - to some change of one of its essential elements, such as textual changes, new translation, new staging, sets or costumes. Revival includes performances put on after a longer lapse of time either unchanged or in a new distribution. Transfer means the premiere of the same production at another venue. 13
