BERNÁD RITA DOCUMENTE PRINCIARE ÎN DEPOZITELE DE COLECŢIE DIN ODORHEIU-SECUIESC ŞI GHEORGHENI ALE ARHIVEI ARHIDIECEZANE DE ALBA IULIA Rezumat în cele două centre arhivistice catolice, menţionate şi în titlul lucrării, se păstrează, în total, 18 unităţi arhivistice, create înainte de anul 1716 (restauraţia catolică). Din cele cinci documente (1625, 1630, 1631, 1637, 1659) întocmite de cancelari şi publicate în studiul nostru, conform metodei transcrierii ad literam, patru au fost prevăzute şi cu semnăturile proprii ale principilor. Patru dintre ele (1625, I63O, 1631, 1659) se găsesc în Arhiva de Colecţie din Odorheiu-Secuiesc (Székelyudvarhely) a Arhivei Arhidiecezane de Alba Iulia (Gyulafehérvár), iar cel emis în 1637 se află în Arhiva de Colecţie din Gheorgheni (Gyergyószentmiklós). Cele din 1625, 1630, 1631 au fost restaurate. Conţinutul diplomelor provenind din Atia/Atyha (1625, 1631) şi Tăietura/Văgăs (I63O) este menţionat fragmentar în publicaţii de istorie locală şi parohială. Toate cele trei diplome au fost autentificate cu sigilii princiare, păstrate integral, în stare bună. Documentele provenind din Lăzarea/Gyergyoszărhegy (1637) şi Odorheiu-Secuiesc (1659) sunt necunoscute cercetării, nu li s-au păstrat sigiliile, însă stilul scrisului, modul compunerii şi materialul adiacent (hârtia) le dovedesc originalitatea. în interesul interpretării mai uşoare a textului transcris, cuvintele străine şi arhaismele le-am explicat în note de subsol, numerotate cu cifre arabe. Notele marcate cu litere atrag atenţia asupra aspectelor caracteristice editării şi emiterii contemporane a documentului, precum şi asupra stării actuale de conservare şi păstrare a actelor. PRINCELY DOCUMENTS IN THE DEPOSITS FROM ODORHEIU SECUIESC AND GHEORGHENI OF THE ARCHDIOCESAN ARCHIVE OF ALBA IULIA Abstract The mentioned archive-centers (deposits) store totally 18 archival units created before 1716 (Catholic Restoration): in the Archive of Collections at Odorheiu-Secuiesc (Székelyudvarhely) we preserve a number of ten documents from this period, and in the one at Gheorgheni (Gyergyószentmiklós) eight pieces. Among them five documents (1625,1630,1631, 1637,1659) are edited in our study in transcription faithful to the letters, and they deserve to be outlined, not only because they were issued in the period before the Catholic Restoration, but also because they were drawn up by former chancellors of our princes, and four of them were provided with the Transylvanian princes’ signatures. Four of the five published documents (1625, 1630, 1631, 1659) are kept in the Archive of Collections at Odorheiu-Secuiesc, while one of them (1637) can be found in the Archive of Collections at Gheorgheni. Except the document from 1659, all these degrees were restored. Three degrees (1625, I63O, I63I) were authenticated with princely seals kept whole, in good condition. Two documents (1637,1659) have not been published yet in any scientific article. On these two documents we can’t find any seal, but the style of writing, the way of composition and the adjacent material (paper) confess their originality. To obtain an easier interpretation of the transcribed text, the old and strange words are explained in the footnotes, that we have numbered with Arabic numerals. Footnotes marked with letters of the alphabet draw attention to the characteristics of the document’s publishing and its contemporary issue, or to the current state of information or conservation and preservation. 158
