Abstract: [The bibliography (nearly complete, 1939-2006) of the archeolog Dr. S.C. et H.C. István Ferenczi] (The present work is the fourth essay with the aim of drawing up a list reflecting the scientific activity of the archaeologist-professor of distinction from Cluj-Napoca, died in 2000. The previous lists, published to Pécs (Hungary) in the publishing of the Janus Pannonius University (1996), respectively that appeared in the yearbook of the Szekler National Museum from Sfântu Gheorghe, ACTA 2000, then the list appeared in the publication Ephemeris Napocensis (Cluj-Napoca, 2000), later - on the occasion of the inventory of the scientific inheritance of the scholar - showed to be incomplete. The bibliography was completed with severed studies discovered in the inheritance and not catalogued until now. Besides, thanks to the more favourable editorial possibilities of recent period and due to the aid of Géza Ferenczi (brother and co-worker of István Ferenczi, co-author of many studies published in common), from the works remained in manuscript were drafted and published from 2000 several studies and independent volumes - included also in this updated list. By these grounds, this fourth list, including Dr. István Ferenczi’s works published until now, can be considered the most complete for a moment.)

Rezumat: [Bibliografia (aproape completă, 1939-2006) a arheologului Dr. S.C. et H.C. Ferenczi István] Prezenta lucrare este cea de a patra încercare în vederea întocmirii unei liste reflectând activitatea ştiinţifică a renumitului arheolog-profesor clujean decedat în 2000. Listele precedente, publicate la Pécs (Ungaria) în ediţia Universităţii Janus Pannonius (1996), respectiv cea apărută în anuarul Muzeului Naţional Secuiesc din Sfântu Gheorghe, ACTA -2000, apoi lista apărută în publicaţia clujeanţăEphemeris Napocensis (2001), ulterior - cu ocazia inventarierii moştenirii ştiinţifice a savantului - s-au arătat a fi incomplete. Bibliografia a fost completată cu mai multe scrieri vechi descoperite în moştenire şi necataloghizate până acum. Pe lângă aceasta, datorită posibilităţilor editoriale mai favorabile din ultima perioadă şi prin grija lui Ferenczi Géza (fratele şi colaboratorul lui Ferenczi István, coautorul a multor studii publicate în comun), din studiile rămase în manuscris au fost redactate şi publicate din anul 2000 încoace mai multe studii sau volume independente - incluse de asemenea în această listă actualizată. Din aceste considerente, această a patra listă, cuprinzând lucrările lui Dr. Ferenczi István publicate până în prezent, poate fi considerată ca fiind cea mai completă momentan.

Összegzés: Jelen munka a negyedik kísérlet a 2000-ben elhunyt neves kolozsvári régészprofesszor tudományos munkásságát tükröző jegyzék összeállítására. Az 1996-ban Pécsett, a Janus Pannonius Tudományegyetem kiadásában napvilágot látott (maga Ferenczi István által összeállított), valamint a sepsiszentgyörgyi ACTA - 2000 évkönyvben közölt, majd a kolozsvári Ephemeris Napocensis kiadványban (2001) megjelent jegyzékek utólag - a tudós hagyatékának felmérése nyomán - hiányosaknak bizonyultak. A hagyatékból előkerült több régebbi - eddig nem katalogizált - írással bővült a bibliográfia. Emellett az utóbbi évek könnyebb kiadási lehetőségeinek köszönhetően Ferenczi Géza (Ferenczi István öccse, kutatótársa és számos közös tanulmányuk társzerzője) jóvoltából a hagyatékban maradt anyagból a 2000 óta eltelt években több tanulmány vagy önálló kötet is megjelent - ezek szintén szerepelnek a most közreadott naprakész jegyzékben. Ebből a meggondolásból dr. Ferenczi István eddig kiadott munkáinak ez a negyedik jegyzéke pillanatnyilag a legteljesebbnek mondható.
