ÉVI ORSZÁGGYŰLÉSEN Abstract: [The military grievances of Csík Seat at the parliament sessions from the years 1841-1843] Against the unjust lining-up and maintenance of the Szekler Frontier Guards the delegates of Szeklerland already protested at the parliament session of the years 1790-1791, summoned after the death of Joseph II. However, in spite of the good omens it soon became clear, that concerning this matter, the monarch does not want to make any concessions. Although it was not even possible to hope for the obtaining of some partial results, at the later parliamentary sessions the basis of the political talks of the Szekler deputies constituted the prejudices caused to the Szekler frontier guards. According to this at the parliamentary sessions from 1841-1843 too the majority of the motions and requests referred to the stopping of the unjust burdens of the Szeklers in Csík. Similarly to the earlier diets, the military grievances of that time can also be divided into two big groups: the general injuria caused by the organization and maintenance of the frontier-guards (the prevent of the frontier guard youths from further education, the supervision of the soldiers' barter, estate-, pawn-, credit deals, heavy punishments, etc.), as well as the injuries and injustices caused to the smaller communities and private individuals by the commandership of the 1 st Szekler Infantry Regiment of Frontier Guards (the case of reclaimed snow-covered mountains, the further burden of the demobilized frontier guards, the prevent of the frontier guards from taking up civilian offices, etc.). As it is was expected, they did not remedy the grave grievances, the Szeklers from Csík got definitely rid of the compelled military burden only after the imperial order from 22 January 1851, which dissolved the Regiments of Frontier Guards from Transylvania. Rezumat: [Prejudiciile militare ale Scaunului Ciuc la Dieta din anii 1841-1843] Impotriva alinierii si menünerii ilegale a Ordinului Militär Secuiesc au protestât delegatii din Secuime deja la dieta din anii 1790-1791 convocatä dupä moartea lui Iosif al II-lea. Totusi în ciuda semnelor pozitive în curând a devenit clar, cä în aceastä probléma domnitorul nu va face concesii. Chiar dacä nu se putea spera nici în privinta obtinerii unor rezultate partiale, la dietele de mai târziu tot cauza ordinului militar a constituit ci mai de parte baza politizärii de prejudiciu a deputatílor secuiesti. In acest sens si la dieta din 1841—1843 majoritatea motiunilor si cererilor s-a referit la încetarea împovararii nedrepte al Secuimii din Ciuc. Ca si la dietele de mai înainte prejudiciile militare aie Scaunului Ciuc se pot imparti în doua grupe mari: prejudicii legale generale cauzate de organizarea si întretinerea ordinului militar secuiesc (împiedicarea continuärii studülor ale tinerilor gräniceri secui, supravegherea tranzacjiilor de proprietate, de arvunä de transfer si de credit a militarilor, sanctiuni grave, etc.)
