A CSÍKI SZÉKELY MÚZEUM ÉVKÖNYVE 2006 53-130 BALÁZSI DÉNES A HOZOMÁNYLEVÉL, PEREFERNUM KÉSZÍTÉSÉNEK HAGYOMÁNYA A NYIKÓ-MENTÉN Abstract: [A source of the national autoknowledge: perefernum-letters or lists of dowry] One of the popular legal customs is the drafting of the lists of dowry, being these component parts of the wedding traditions: the letters of dowry establish the legal relations between the families of the fiancés as well as the economic-legal situation of new-married. This custom was very alive in the crossed centuries even in the 1950s among the population of Szeklerland of Transylvania. The author presents examples of all the szeklers regions especially of Odorhei (rom.) / Udvarhely (hung.), Ciuc / Csík and Gheorgheni / Gyergyó. After an ethnograhique, legal, economic and linguistic study on the basis of 24 letters of dowry collected in the territory, the author publishes the complete original texts of these documents accompanied in appendix by photocopies of most important perefernum-letters. Rezumat: [O sursä a autocunoastererii etnice: traditia redactärii scrisorilor perefernale (liste de zestre)] Unul din obiceiurile juridice populäre este traditia întocmirii listelor de zestre, aceasta fund parte component! a obiceiurilor de nuntä: scrisorilor perefernale stabilesc relatia familiei miresei cu família mireului, si în acelasi timp situatia economicä-juridicä a noilor cäsätoriti. Acest obicei a fost foarte viu în secolele trecute, dar si în anii 1950 în cadrul populatiei din Secuime. Autorul aduce exemple din toate scaunele secuiesti, mai ales din scaunele Odorhei / Udvarhely (magh.), Ciuc / Csík si Gheorgheni / Gyergyó. Dupä un studiu din considerente etnografice, economice, juridice si lingvistice pe baza celor 24 de liste zestre colectionate din teritoriu, autorul publica texte originale integrale ale acestor documente, însotite în anexä de fotocopii aie celor mai importante scrisori perefernale. 1. Ez szerves része a lakodalmi szokásnak, annak egy meghatározott mozzanatában születik meg, és rögzíti a lányt elbocsátó család jogi viszonyát az új családhoz és az ifjú házasok jogi-gazdasági helyzetét.
