The constitution of these organic laws originate in the Szekler liberty and in the existance of a powerful strata of farmers who had an important place in the rural community through their social-economic weight. With these basic laws rural communities could regulate how to use public land, could protect their sowings, woods, fields, orchards from animals and from people's negligence and abuse. 1 century, referring to the economy, demography, social and ethnic components of the three villages from Ciuc basin. Rezumat: [Trei constituai sätesji] Studiul prezintä constitutii a trei sate: Monyasd (1601), o asezare dispärutä, Tuçnad (1795) sj Frumoasa (1841). Constituirea acestor legi îsi are originea în traditia libertätilor secuiesti, în existenta unui strat puternic de agricultori care ocupa un loc însemnat prin ponderea lui socio-economicä în cadrul obsjei täränesji. Prin aceste legi fundamentale comunitätile sätesti au regiementat modul de folosire al pamânturilor obsjeçti, au ocrotit semänäturile, pädurilc, câmpurile, livezile de distrugerile animalelor, de neglijenta sj abuzul oamenilor. Autorul, prezintä pe langä cele trei constitutii, date bogate din secolele XVII-XVIII, referitoare la economia, demográfia, componenta socialä sj etnicä a celor trei sate din Depresiunea Ciucului. I. Monyasd falutörvénye (1601) 1. A tízes főbb történeti, gazdaságtörténeti adatai Monyasd Csíkszentgyörgy község egyik félreeső tízese volt. Csak volt! Az 1567-es, 25 dénáros adólistán 3 kapuját regisztrálták, míg az 1576-os, 50 dénáros adólajstromon így jelenik meg: „Szentgyörgy cum Jenőfalva, Monyasd et Kőrösmény". Keveset tudunk a tízes történetéről. A település a Gâtai-, valamint a Kurta-hegy közötti Monyasd patak völgyfőjében helyezkedett el, a Beke fenekének is nevezett helyen. Valamikori lakott voltáról, ókori, középkori és újkori cserepek árulkodnak. A volt tízes helye a tulajdonképpeni Csíkszentgyörgytől mintegy 2 km-re nyugatra lelhető fel.
