KIÁLLÍTÁS - Jacek Purchla: Lemberg és építészete a 19. században

This exhibition cannot be considered as the crown of long term research concerning Galician cultural heritage, it is rather a new phase of the research of outstanding Central-European architectural complexes, where Lemberg, Cracow and Galicia should have their due places. In 2000, when Cracow would be Europe's cultural capital, the International Cultural Centre is planning a large exhibition with the title "Galicia - Myth and Reality". The success of the exhibition, like that of our other publishing and research plans, depends on that, how this complicated question could be dealt with. The International Cultural Centre knows that the possibilities are unlimited, which is made possible only through dialogues and co-operation. We are strengthened in it by the closer co-operation of Lemberg and Cracow.
