In this study we recorded 1435 species, the number of Macrolepidoptera specics is 745 and the one of Microlepdioptera is 690. Half of the Microlepidoptera species ever recorded from the Bakony Mts. was found on Somhegy. The number of species recorded as new for the Microlepidoptera fauna of the Bakoly Mts. is quite high, these are: Phymatopus hecta, Reisserita relicinella, Archinemapogon yildizae, Nemapogon nigralbella, Caloptilia cuculipennella, Phyllonorycter issikii, Argyresthia thuiella, Semioscopis oculella, Tetanocentria ochraceella, Epicallima bruandella, Mompha propinquella , Anchinia eristalis, Coleophora laricella, Gelechia sestertiella, Phalonidia gilvicomana, Acleris laterana, Acleris lacordairana, Teleiodes saltuum, Pseudohermenias abietana, Spilonota laricana, Gravitarmata margarotana, Rhyacionia hafneri, Euchromius bellus. On the area under examination we have recorded the following 29 protected species: Eriogaster catax, Eriogaster lanestris, Lemonia dumi, Lemonia taraxaci, Endromis versicolora, Marumba quercus, Proserpinus proserpina, Saturnia pavonia, Saturnia pyri, Vanessa atalanta, Hydria undulate, Phthonandria viertlii, Chariaspilates formosarius, Eupithecia graphata, Ennomos quercarius, Dicranura ulmi, Furcula bicuspis, Pheosia gnoma, Ocnogyna parasita, Euplagia quadripunctaria, Nudaria mundana, Catocala fraxini, Lamprotes c-aureum, Apamea syriaca tallósi, Phragmatiphila nexa, Periphanes delphinii, Euxoa hastifera, Xestia sexstrigata, Pammene querceti.
